Commitment to accessibility

We strive to ensure that Cover Story’s content is accessible to the widest audience possible, regardless of ability. We are constantly improving the user experience for everyone, and to comply with relevant accessibility standards, such as WCAG 2.1 up to level AA. Our website and mobile apps will continue to be enhanced with resources and technological upgrades.

We are implementing measures to ensure we meet Levels A and AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.0 and reviewing existing measures for potential improvements in performance, speed, and accessibility.

Alternatives and limitations

The accessibility of the website may be limited despite our best efforts. Listed below are known limitations and potential solutions.

1. Our site navigation has not been tested fully with assistive technologies.

In order to address any issues we uncover, we are evaluating and testing our website’s ability to be navigated using assistive technologies.

2. Content older than a year may not work well with assistive technologies.

Content may have been created before we implemented best practices, for example, providing meaningful alternative descriptions for images.

We view accessibility as an ongoing effort.  If you have any questions or want to report an issues you encounter, please contact info (at) coverstory (dot) no
